When
We conduct Forum Meetings for members and guests on the last Friday of every second month.

It is best that you arrive at 9:15am for a 9:30am start and we conclude at 12:00pm. 
Where
All meetings are currently held on the 6th Floor of the Mecure Hotel - Port Macquarie. See A on map below.
Parking
Due to the length of the meetings, many members are concerned about the short time frame on car parks nearby. The closest places to park with no time restrictions are:
- The top floor of Port Central car park (check the signs, only some parts of it are all day). See B on the above map.
- The southern end of Murray St. See -C on the above map.
First time?
A couple of extra things to consider for your first meeting:
- When you come in, let the girls at the welcome desk know that it is your first meeting, they will introduce you to someone who can show you around.
- The room we use is beautiful and quiet, but can get a bit drafty so it is a good idea to bring something warm just in case.
- Morning tea is provided, but we generally don't finish until 12:30pm so you may want to consider bringing an extra snack.
- If you allow time after the meeting for lunch you might use the opportunity to continue networking over a meal with the people you meet.
